- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products, like bulk orders of Canvas Tote Bags (e.g., 48|100|200 packs), may require additional processing time. Details will be communicated at checkout or via email.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
